In Mousesteps Weekly #164, we talk about the following topics:

Our visit to the Magic Kingdom, where we had lunch at Tortuga Tavern. There is a new menu that includes several sandwiches on Texas Toast, including beef brisket.

Next up, we head to Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort where we take a look at the Halloween decorations that are currently up at many campsites. Much more will be coming next weekend! We also take in some wildlife - turkeys and deer, and enjoy dinner at P & J's Southern Takeout, which is what Trail's End to Go used to be called. The takeout now includes strawberry shortcake and loafs of cornbread and banana bread.

We stop at Disney Springs, where changes are being made quickly! Each visit is different now. ShellieMay is also around property, and we take a look at the merchandise. We enjoyed lunch and drinks out of our new Cool-Headed Monkey mugs at Jock Lindsey's Hangar Bar.

Jeff shares photos from before the Back to the Future ride opened at Universal Orlando, and from 5 years ago in a DeLorean. We spent hours at Universal Orlando on Back to the Future Day, meeting Doc Brown and hanging out with friends. A lot of guests dressed as their favorite characters!

We enjoyed a sneak peek of Gaylord Palms ICE! 2015, as 40 artisans from Harbin, China arrived this week to start carving the attraction. We spent a half hour or so inside the exhibit as it starts becoming "Twas the Night Before Christmas" - 2 million pounds will be carved over the next month. We also take a look at the new Pepsi Spire machine.

Our last segment is about the upcoming Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic, which will be held next weekend (October 30th and 31st, 2015). It is our favorite foodie event of the season! New this year is a Carnival food-themed area, with Nitro Kettle Corn. The Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic restaurants include Shula's, Todd English's bluezoo and Kimonos!
